The
charming landscapes of Umbria, 'green sea of Italy', are characterized by the

Olives, picked up by hands from trees in olive-yards
located in the most famous umbrian production areas, were processed according
to the ancient and traditional methods of the time; evolution of technology led
the company, in the last ten years, to substitute the traditional process by the
modern one, with high-automation machines that guarantee the production of high
quality extra virgin and P.D.O. olive-oils.
