the obtained juice has a sweet flavour, a green colour towards gold, but most
of all it has a great dietetic and vitaminic value, because it's rich with Polyphenol
and Tocopherol, besides being very digestible.|
Polyphenol and Tocopherol
are olive oil ingredients that carry on an anti-oxidant action, contributing to
the reduction of some types of tumours.
Moreover, olive oil is one of the
main source of Vitamin E: it holds about 200 mgr/Kg.
