"Il Succo" - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olives used to produce this precious Extra Virgin Olive Oil are picked up at the moment of full development of fruits, at the correct gradation of ripening; the obtained juice has a sweet flavour, a green colour towards gold, but most of all it has a great dietetic and vitaminic value, because it's rich with Polyphenol and Tocopherol, besides being very digestible.

Polyphenol and Tocopherol are olive oil ingredients that carry on an anti-oxidant action, contributing to the reduction of some types of tumours.

Moreover, olive oil is one of the main source of Vitamin E: it holds about 200 mgr/Kg.
